In the context of the Moroccan society, we find that problematic cultural prejudices borne language very sensitive topic can not be ignored by those responsible for the curriculum, language becomes, then, cultural space should be taking care of him more than as just a tool for communication transparent and innocent and bitumen. On the whole can be taught the following points from the point of view of the concept of fairness.
1 . Grammatical principle of precedence: It is noted that the masculine forms usually come before feminine forms (men and women, boys and girls, male and female).
2 . Feature Name: masculine usually used to denote a function that can be assigned to both sexes (doctor, engineer, farmer ...).
3 . Use jobs hierarchy: It is noted that some functions considered value and significance of socially assigned systematically for men while assigned to women and fewer jobs or they are fewer jobs hierarchy (doctor / nurse, director / teacher).
