Controls and restrictions vision of the future.. the future of the Arab Gulf states, the decline of industrial societies or to reduce its dependence on oil from the Gulf as a major supplier of energy

Of attributes in the right position to talk about the future need to take account controls, or what we call the "forward-looking vision restrictions" for the future, for the region of the Gulf states, and these controls or limitations is in three things are:
* Recognition of the fact that the conditions surrounding the Gulf countries and the security and economic pressures that affect the movement of society on the one hand, and on the free movement of decision-makers about the future of the other hand.
** Not over-confidence, assuming independence will "local" as well as the lack of a sense of helplessness or excessive influence in the future or despair towards him in our vision for the future.
** Must warn of the risk of succumbing to believe or think that the future is just an extension of the present or of the trends that prevailed in the recent past in the communities of the Gulf states.
             The importance of this warning seems to draw attention to not only observing what is happening on the surface of the events without thinking about it and dive to depths. Because "the greater one's ability to distinguish between secondary factors and critical factors, the greater the ability to predict what could come by the future without omitting, of course, the possibility of a surprise omission fully" ([1]).
             In light of these observations or warnings can this paper to contribute to provide a vision process brief to explore the future of the countries of the Arabian Gulf in 2025, the date is not "too distant" from the perspective of social and cultural development, which relies "paper" in the "approach" two parallel lines or scenarios have , namely:
* If the Gulf states under the effects of globalization and its repercussions on the region in particular, and the Middle East in general. And the impact of the phenomenon of globalization in many areas, such as education, culture, economy, democratic practice and governance systems, the status of women Arab Gulf in the future, the nature of relations "interfaces" for countries in the region ... and so on of those issues and problems that impose themselves on reality those states.
* The future of the Arab Gulf states, "from the social perspective" in the face of rising oil prices as a major supplier of energy and effects associated with that rise to the entire region .. and what will be the situation of those countries in the event of whether access to energy "alternative" could lead to a decline in industrial societies, or at least, reduce their dependence on Gulf oil as a major supplier of energy?
And then will address the "paper" theme this through the following key elements:
* The future of education and culture in the Arab Gulf countries.
* Culture and its role in the future of the Gulf states.
* The future of information and communication in the GCC.
* Human Development and demographics.
* Status of Women Gulf, and the development of young people and the system of social relations in the future.
* Young people in the Gulf, globalization and the future.
* Democracy, freedoms and governance systems in the GCC.
