Jewish immigration conditions.. third fall and the demise of the Ottoman Empire and the occurrence of Palestine under the British occupation and the success of the second migration in the establishment of settlements on the basis of joint ownership

3 - the fall and the demise of the Ottoman Empire and the occurrence of Palestine under the British occupation, and had issued the Balfour Declaration of the British government, which gave an enthusiastic and encouraging atmosphere in the Jewish community that achieving Qkrh establishment of a Jewish national homeland is about to become the actual implementation.
