The Conference endorsed a set of population and development objectives, including the interrelated economic growth strengthened in the context of sustainable development, equality and equity between the sexes. Developments and countries to integrate population factors into all development strategies and work to put an end to sexual violence and harmful traditional practices.¬ The conference focused on the concept of sustainability and stressed the vital importance of environmental factors and population for economic growth. The transfer of emphasis on the numerical goals to the comprehensive and integrated approach, a service, education, and quality of care of its key elements. The development of the conference, clearly, the end of the concept of limiting the growth of the population, recognizing that smaller families and slower population growth but rather are the result of free choice!!! In the field of reproductive health care, which includes a range of services to provide information on family planning, but are not the cause of the controller. Perhaps the most important achievements of the recognition of the need to empower women to manage their lives themselves. In 1999, were reviewed to assess global progress towards achieving the goals set by the Programme of Action (International Conference on Population and Development + 5). And showed that many countries have made significant progress towards the goals set at the Cairo Conference. And set new standards for the next five years during the review conducted by the General Assembly of the United Nations, which called for the intensification of work on the key areas the following: reproductive and sexual health, and maternal mortality, and the needs of adolescents in terms of reproductive health, reduce abortions, and to address the health consequences resulting from the unsafe abortion, prevention of HIV / AIDS and gender issues and sex education.
