Diagnosis:
1. Decrease in the number of white blood cells during 2-5 days offever to less than half the normal.
2. Increase the rate of albumin in the urine a little bit.
3. Alserologi diagnosis.
4. Injection of infected blood during the first 4 days of fever in the brains of mice or tissue transplantation.Prevention:
1. Anti-mosquito nets.
2. Isolation of patients in rooms sealed to prevent spreading the infection by mosquitoes.
3. Not to save water in open containers to prevent mosquito breeding. And all vessels must discharge 5-7 days and clean thewalls from the inside to remove any mosquito eggs on them.
Treatment:
Comfort, and Antipyrine Kmadat cold to heat, pain relievers, vitamin C, K, compensatory solutions and plasma in the case ofbleeding, oxygen in case of difficulty breathing.
