The incubation period ranges from 2-30 days (usually 4-14 days) and sometimes extend to 3 months.
The picture of acute illness in humans as follows:
1 - acute fever of up to 40 m and show fever are disconnected at regular intervals where the patient resolved and will last for 10-14 days and then go about it (away) for a period of two to three weeks to return to it again and so on.
2 - muscle pain, articulated very special behind the neck and lower back, where are stationed infection in the joints, especially in the bone marrow.3 - severe headaches, fatigue and loss of appetite and weakness.
4 - sweat copious foul-smelling clothes and wets the bed.
5 - a painful cough and dry.
6 - may occur abortion to pregnant women during the hightemperature (a few cases) and inflammation of the prostate andtestis in males.
7 - the mortality rate ranging from 2-5%.
