Obstacles to e-learning.. lack of knowledge of the learners with skills to use modern technologies and high cost in the design and production of educational software

There are a range of obstacles that prevent achievement of the objectives of e-learning and outlined as follows: 

* Poor infrastructure in most developing countries. 

* Lack of knowledge of the learners with skills to use modern techniques. 

* Do not convinced faculty members at universities using modern electronic media in teaching or training. 

* High cost in the design and production of educational software.
