Develop a framework for the organization of the elements of the curriculum and the breadth, depth and integration of vertical and horizontal integration within the article itself and with other subjects to achieve a balance between the subject and the learner, and taking into account the needs of the community and its culture.
In curriculum planning and construction, the organization of elements and components is supposed to take into account the following design concepts:
1 - Design horizontal curriculum content which requires taking into account the breadth of the curriculum and depth, integration and interdependence between fields of knowledge and sentimental (value) and skill, also requires interdependence of all elements of the curriculum Bdaha (objectives and content, styles, and media, and activities, and Calendar).
2 - vertical design of the curriculum content, which requires the accumulation of experiences and sequencing vertical line with
Psychology learners, ages and stages of their development, and the nature of the material itself, so the relay from the simple to the complex, and the whole to the part so that increases the breadth and depth of curriculum whenever lived up from lower grades to higher grades. 
3 - the balance between curriculum activity, experience and skills, which focuses on the learner and his needs and abilities and characteristics of self, and between curriculum subject, which focuses on the nature of knowledge, and this necessarily mean taking into account the balance between the material and the learner, and between the components of the curriculum and other subjects, and between knowledge, skills and values.
